Yea got the package today, I have the bits. I never looked on the engravings on the side lol . It looks like a pretty simple job maybe an hour? Is it as simple ask taking the screws off and then just unplugging everything and then plugging it back in? What if any trouble did you run into? Does the Piece that is just below the column were your knees (if you are tall) would hit have to come off as well? Sorry for all the questions just trying to get an idea before I rip it all appart. Is there a need to unplug the battery when doing this? Thanks again for all you help.

it'* pretty much that cut and dry. the Knee bolster that you are refering slides off if you grasp at the bottom and gently push upwards towards the bottom of the column. also disconnect the battery first then turn headlamps on to drain any residual energy stored in the car

just take your time with it. and while you are in there you will see a box or foam block in the wire harness check those 2 amp fuses. those go to your steering wheel controls
