If you need dirt cheap SES light eliminator simply go to local Napa store and purchase 1package of spark plug non fouler adapters pt# 730-2442 (just give them the part number and they can find it for you.) You can get them at auto zone too

Each box has 2 non fouler adapters in it. Simply screw the 2 together and you have a set. Then you need a drill press to drill an oversize hole in the big end so that you can screw your o2 sensor into it (rear one)

What this does is pull the o2 sensor out of the direct path of the exhaust so that the sensor is fooled into thinking the cat is still working like the OEM, if you have a high flow

Takes a minute to drill out and the adapters are around $8.00 for a pack and this will work on every car under the sun. I do not remember of hand the drill bit size, but simply get a size bigger then the outside diameter of the O2 sensor

This method is not an old wives tale it is tried and true and works much better then all those electrical mil eliminators.

The 02 sensor bungs are same size as the old SBC spark plug hence the reason the spark plug non foulers bolt right up.

It'* quick and easy to tell the light not to come on. Again, not a wives tale. Easy, quick and I've yet to get my hand dirty on the keyboard.

Although.. I still run a cat and have a functioning rear O2 sensor. Most well modded cars can run a sensor and have it function properly. My thought is if the rear sensor is tripping then I failed at fuel efficient power and keeping all the emissions stuff possible on the car.
