Coolant boiling
I was driving normally, no hard acceleration or anything like that, and when I stopped and shut off my car, I heard a bubbling sound coming from the engine compartment. I popped the hood and saw that the coolant was boiling. I'm pretty sure that'* not supposed to happen. Please help.

Where was it boiling from, the recovery bottle? Have you ever used any stop leak at all?
Sounds to me like your coolant is not circulating. Either the water pump failed or something is blocking the flow, clogged somewhere.

If there is a leak, it'* either coming from the hose from the recovery bottle or from the recovery bottle itself. I haven't driven it at all today. I checked it a little while ago and the bottle was completely dry and I could see a puddle on the strut (I guess that'* what its called). Also, when I turn the a/c on, I can smell coolant. It hasn't overheated yet, never getting above 200.

I hope what happened was your system pushed air to the bottle and you mistook that for boiling..when your car was merely farting underwater.
Locate the leak and get it fixed up. Keep an eye on it for leaks/boiling/any other issues.
