Rear window on my 2002 Bonne suddenly went down part way. When you try to roll it up or down you just hear grinding noise from inside the door. I can take my hand and pull the window up but once I let go the window wants to slowly fall back down.

Can someone point me in the right direction on here? Thanks so much.

Your window regulator failed. It will need to be replaced, or you can repair it with instructions here.
