Default 04 SLE D side climate control

My 04 SLE has dual climate controls. In the heat mode, the Pside temperature adjusts correctly. On the Driver side the temperature of the air coming out feels cool-cold most of the time even when set at 85 or 90. This is true in either dual or separate modes. The incoming air will sometimes come in correctly for a while and then go cold again. What senses the cabin temp on the driver'* side? Or is it the actuator door? Not a problem in the summer. It'* annoying on cool November days but is really bad in winter! Doesn't matter whether set on floor, dash or def. Also saw a post on pulling a fuse to recalibrate but can't find it again. Thanks in advance!

Probably an issue with the driver side blend door. They can bind, or the electric actuator can fail.

I'm still stumped! And cold! Can anyone tell me where the temp sensor is for the driver'* side? I remember a post saying you can reset the system by pulling a fuse. My driver'* side heat has a mind of its own but does cycle, mostly cold, then doesn't go back to heat.

Have you confirmed the driver side blend door is functioning properly. That is the most likely cause of your problem.

I'd like to know how to check the actuator door. It seems to work when it wants to and only misbehaves in cold weather. That'* why I'm looking to find out how to check it and its sensor. Thanks for any help esp pics.
