Default 03 SSEi Power Steering Pump front seal leak

My 03 now has 70K miles on it.. And boy it has shown it lately.. Bad AC Compressor clutch bearing noise (already discussed in another thread), rear shocks gone, Gas cap message, along with the usual intermediate shaft, and new tires that won't balance...

Got a new problem that I have got to tackle.. My power steering pump is leaking out the front seal.. I thought my oil filter was leaking, but nope.. There are droplets coming from the front of the pump and dripping down on the oil pressure sender and filter (and its a reddish fluid of course).. Has anyone else had this problem??? I don't see hardly any talk about PS pumps leaking.. Just high pressure line failure.. I just checked the fluid and am shocked that it is still full on the cold mark (when cold), but I have put several spots on the garage floor.

Any opinions? Could the fluid had just been too high and it will quit, or just go ahead and replace the pump?

Power steering fluid is clear. Trans fluid is redish. Check things over close.

Sorry, shouldn't say reddish... Your right, thats tranny fluid.. Just trying to say it wasn't oil, its PS fluid and you can see drops coming from the front nose of the PS pump....

Not that hard to replace, remove the belt, then the 2 13mm bolts holdign it on. You get to them threw the hole on the pulley. One at 12 and the other at 6. Then remove the lines and replace with a new pump.
