Default Which spark plugs to choose?

I have a 2000 SSEI with 105k miles. I'm going to replace the plugs and wires soon and I'd like help choosing which plugs to go with. I've done a few searches on this forum, and I see opinions vary, but most lean towards NGK and AC Delco. I checked my local parts stores and saw they have the following available:

AC Delco 41-101 for $6.49

NGK Ix Iridium 7164 for $6.99

I'm leaning towards the Delco plugs because that'* what I'm used to running in my GM'* and they're a little cheaper. Which would you choose and why?

Thanks, but my SSEI is stock so I'd like to try to stick to OE-type parts. I looked up the Autolite 605'* that you suggested and it appears they are rated for one heat range colder than the stock plugs. Since I don't have any mods, I don't think these plugs are for me.

At 150,000 I did the whole flush, wires, plugs, filters, belts, etc. I was considering all of the spark plug options, marketing hype, etc. Fact: My original AC delcos went 150,000 miles without a hiccup or misfire. They came out looking like they could've gone farther. Opinion: Why change brands with that kind of service?

The autolite 606 is stock heat range. The 605 will work fine as well.

Copper plugs give a little lower resistance. Which can become a critical need if you are injecting nitrous or developing high boost. Fine wires improve on this further. Irridium is a copper plug plated with irridium. Plats come in two varieties. The plated wear quickly and junk themselves. The cladded ones typically last longer than OEM. Consider the AC Delco stock plug for the GXP. It will fit, is double Plat clad and known to live forever,......sorta.

But all in all, plugs are like batteries, tires, and women. If you ask, your going to get alot of preferences. Personally, with a stock SSEi, I would go OEM. Keep it in the family.

Stay with the stock plugs.
I read this somewhere, and it made a lot of sense;
No matter how cheap you think the automaker is, don't you think that they would spend an extra $20 or even $50 for plugs if they could get an extra 1mpg or 5hp? That would be a very cheap way to gain mileage or performance.... but they don't, 'cause it ain't gonna happen.

Thanks, I was leaning towards the Delcos. I just wanted to make sure the 41-101 would be the correct ones since they don't match what'* in the manual.

On a side note, I was looking at my coil packs last night and three of the six posts are rusted. They're so bad the wire won't even clip on! I'm surprised I haven't noticed any driveability issues. I guess I'm going to invest in some new coil packs too...
