Default Control Arms

Is there a how to on the forum, or can anyone offer some insight on whats involved in replacing the control arms.

It'* pretty straight forward.

Unbolt the sway from the control arm
Pop the balljoint out of the knuckle
Unbolt the control arm from the frame
Reverse procedure with new control arm

Does the new control arm come with bushings then you may need to press in new ones.

Also Im pretty clear on what i need for the rear air shocks. But i was also plannin on changin the springs while i was down there. Anything i need to know for doing that?
