Default Vacuum line ?'*

Anyone got a second to talk about what lines might go where on my 01 SSEi? I'm finding someone has messed something up at some point... BUT I have no camera for pics. Sorry. It seems to run great, but the lines don't match the hood diagram and there is an empty port with no line on the BCS. Just the remains of foam and a clip to hold a line. Any idea or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

From a PM, he was wondering about the routing of the vacuum line from the T under the supercharger snout, as well as the multi-port connection on top of the supercharger.

The right side goes to a vacuum line that runs to another T at the fuel pressure regulator, and then runs from that T to the BCS.
