Front end vibration
I just had my car in for a bead leak on the front passenger side of the 03. They did it for free so I was happy, but my next trip on the highway which was about 4 days later I had a vibration on the front end. The steering wheel doesn't shake much at all but you can really feel it almost in the car. Could the tire need to be balanced? I would assume that if it was not in balance the wheel would shake as well. Usually front end bearings make a noise of some sort and I am not hearing anything. Any suggestions?

most often vibrations that change with speed are the tires, they wear uneven if they dont get rotated, or if the struts are going. take a look at the tires wear, if the shoulders look worn or shark fined.
