Can anyone look at this and tell me what it is?
 

I had noticed that my engine was shaking a bit today when i was looking at it, now i have a feeeling that the front trans mount is bad. It has a jerky shift when your on it and not when coasting, itll happen everytime your rompin on it lol. also no dtc are stored, i have a code reader with live data is there a way i can use this? and also i found this piece of foam that is ripped and looks like it covers a vacuum, if anyone knows what this is called and if it would cause some shaking i would appreciate it. thanks guys

hmm so the tore foam is worthless anyways? whats the thing called its attached to, i should probably know these things because i sell parts for a living but ooh well lol

Boost control solenoid. And yes, worthless. I don't even have anything over mine.
