ordering my intense pcm
Hey Gang, about this whole intense pcm thing. I got some questions.
1) Where do I want my shift points??
2) Do I need to increase my idle speed table or no??
3) What DTC'* do I need to have disabled or do I need to
have any of them disabled??
Thanks for the help.
Peace Mac

With your mods I would say stock idle, stock shifts and no DTC'* deleted.
If you plan on putting rockers on the care in the very near future then get 6000-6200 shift points and if you plan on removing your cat or putting a hi-flo on get the 02 codes deleted.

I have a quick question on the code deletes too.
If you delete the codes for the O2 sensors, will the vehicle still pass the NYS Emissions tests which look at the sensors and determines if the engine is working correctly (injectors, O2 sensors, and catalyst monitors)?

I'm not sure if that is how the NYS computers work or if they actually look at the data coming from the sensors... I'll have to do alittle more research...
