hey I am new to this whole mechanic thing but I am getting the hang of it I have an 02 bonneville se and I have had the p0171 code that I have seen on here before and I have replaced maf sensor the o2 sensor and the spark plugs and wires I also checked out the resistence on my coils and everything seems to be normal well my car still doesnt have very much acceleration and I have noticed last night that my manifold was glowing red what do you guys think it could be caused by

In most cases this is a vacuum leak. Start your engine and spray carb cleaner around all the hoses and connections, be sure to get the EGR tube as well. If the RPM goes up, you found the leak.

So what you are saying is that you don think it is a clogged cat because I don really know where all of the vacum hoses are to spary the carb cleaner on to if can can you give me some help on locating or tell me where the main one should be
