Default tranny knock?

awhile ago I posted some tranny noise some of the time, about 2% of the time I get terrible shifting. also when I am at speed if I tap the gas it clunks pretty bad. I cant make this do it most of the time and was wondering if there is a electronic sensor or some to do with the tranny or torque converter that would cause this every now and then. My friend mentioned maybe a electronic lock with the torque converter? thnks

When you tap the gas, sounds like TCC disengage-engage cycle at that moment. When was the last transmission service?
