Suspension Problems..
So when I get up on the freeway going about 70mph and up I am getting a lot of shaking in my steering wheel and pedals.. Got my tires rotated and balanced and their is still a good amount of shaking.. For the second problem, if I hit a big bump in the road my car will jerk to the left and that stuff is not fun at all in traffic.. Any ideas??

I would jack the front of the car up so the tires are off the ground, then try to move each tire. If they move side to side the tie rods are bad. If they move in and out the ball joint is bad.
My Guess is a tie rod, but the test above will let ya know what is bad and how bad it is.

to check ball joint you should jack up control arm as close to ball joint as possible before checking it. also check your control arms an bushings, struts fo leakage.

Jack up the front of the car and put it on jack stands.
Have a friend grab the tire at 3 and 9 then shake it. Check you tie rods (what connects your knuckle to your steering rack) see if the out side or inside are moving.
Now have your friend grab the tire at 12 and 6 and shake this will show if your ball joints are bad.
IF you have movement and both or these components are tight it'* your wheel bearing (which is common on big GM cars)
