Default 2 Trouble Codes. What do I do now?

SES light went on last night after a stop and was blinking the entire way home.
Pulled the codes and am not sure what to do since I don't have a factory service manual yet.
Codes were:
P0205 injector circuit malfunction cylinder 5
P0305 Cylinder 5 misfire detected

Will pull the plug and check the plug wire for the misfire problem, but not sure what else to do beyond that.

When you pull the plug, put a small bulb in it...like an old side marker pinch bulb with the tabs pulled down to fit in the connector and look for it blinking. If it blinks then most likely your injector has failed.

If it turns out to be an injector problem, check the wiring to it. Critters like to crawl up there and chew on the wiring.

No critters have gotten to the wiring.
Pulled the spark plug and it looks wet. Is this an injector problem, an ignition problem or both? Where should I start troubleshooting?

Oopsie. In the below..I was assuming you were pulling the injector connector.

This test will tell you if the problem is in the wiring or with the injector. Blinking means the injector should be pulsing (Injector is the problem) and solid means the wiring is the problem.
