Default Help removing Passenger door Panel

Ok guys/gals,
I am getting ready to remove the passenger door panel so that I can take the Passenger mirror off. Are there any tips/tricks that I need to know about before I start this.

Thanks in advance.

Ok, got the door panel off and the mirror removed. Now a creative way to fix it w/o having to buy a new mirror.

JB weld, that will fix nearly everything. You can even make a big clump and clean it up then dril and tap it if you want.

Already used a plastic welder two part epoxy. I very carefully glued and aligned the pieces back together. I will let it set for 24hrs.. I have some stiff plastic strips that I am going to glue on using more epoxy tomorrow night. That will cure for 24 hours, then I will use JB Weld around that.

The posts that are broken do not have to go thru any holes so I can build it up until I feel comfortable with the strength.
