Default Why does my throttle body click with the engine off?

As the title states, I noticed while doing some engine work that my throttle body would periodically start clicking (every 10 minutes or so, lasting a minute, something like that). I had the key set to acc so I could listen to music, and it didn't do it after I turned the key off. Also stopped if I unplugged the top left plug on the throttle body. Not really a problem that I know of, but curiosity is killing me. Why does it do that?

Well, like I said, if I unplug the top left connector (has a blue water seal on mine) it quits making the noise. I would have to assume it is whatever that connector goes into. Would that be the pump for the struts?

No, i'm pretty sure you are hearing the IAC motor, its the idle air control which adjusts how much air is getting into the UIM at idle

Any ideas why it would be randomly moving with the engine off? This is more of a curiosity thing.
