AC / Heat Related Tremor

Okay, so lately I've been driving with the AC on a lot more as its Florda+April = AC. However, I notice that when I come to a stop light/sign and sit for a moment with the AC running I will feel a noticable tremor throughout the entire car. Kinda of difficult to explain exactly. Feels almost like something is straining. Now I noticed this with the heater running also. All of the belts are new and I don't seem to notice a voltage drop when this occures. I don't have this problem with the AC off. Any thoughts? Thanks. :-)

AC compressor cycling on and off.

And the PCM commands a higher idle RPM with the AC selected.
