2005 sunroof sagging
I did a search within this forum but didn't see anything on it. I did see some post on earlier years though.
I have a 2005 Bonneville GXP and the rear of the sunroof is sagging a bit...just below the level where you can see a 'gap'. I have no leak
I looked and do not see where the adjustment is. I looked at it in the vent position
Also, where are the drains? Like to blow some air in them to make sure they are clean.
I believe I read there are 4 of them.
Any help would be appreciated it

you have to drop the headliner to get to the drains just by chance your not in the iowa illinois area and your car isn't maroon with the tan interior is it? i test drove a GXP from green chevrolet that sounds exactly like yours

put the sunroof dow and you will see a torx head screw on each corner of the underside of the sunroof losen those one at a time as you do slightly push up then tighten when the glass is all the way up the screws are T25'*

With the roof open, you'll see four small slits in the frame - one on each corner. Those are the drain holes. Use a can of the dust off air, you know those cans you can get to blow off your computers dust etc; and use that to blow into the drain to see if they are free. Don't use anything with a lot of power. If you do and you're drain is plugged, you could blow the hose off the drain connection under the head liner. There is nothing holding those from popping off.

you may want to inspect under the rear carpet for water just in case. me as well as others had no idea of a water problem due to the sunroof drain hoses coming disconnected at the base of the a pillar, because the carpet is rubber backed. i found i had a water problem while doing something unrelated and found a fix for the hoses. i checked my dads 05 out of curiosity and found he also had a problem. just food for thought these cars love to leak from disconnected sunroof drain hoses at the base of the a pillar.
