Default How to remove rear valve cover??

Can someone tell me how to remove the rear valve cover? There'* a large "mount" on the passenger side of it that seems to be in the way. I'm hesitant to remove it as there'* coolant hoses and all sorts of stuff connected to it, plus one bolt is kinda hidden and hard to get to.

Any tricks to this?

my cousin just did one of those and he cut that ear off the bracket sense i guess on his car it was useless. But that bracket is the alternator bracket that has yes coolant passages running through it.either cut that ear off or take the bracket off

After removing the bolts from the bracket, I was able to pull it back just enough to slip the valve cover off without draining coolant or removing the bypass hoses.

You can get that cover off without removing that bracket. You should be able to rock the cover backwards.
