2001sle suggestions and questions

I need to do brakes on my 2001 SLE. I was thinking of upgrading. I might need rotors. I was thinking of using the drilled and slotted rotors, front and back. I see them on ebay for avg $150 for 4. Are these ok to use or should I stick to a name brand. If I use these rotors what kind of pads should I use? They say you can keep the calipers that I have.

Soon I might need struts. What's a good upgrade? If you lower the car do you have to loose the auto level system?

Last. I have that leak that fills up the back seat driver side with water. I searched the forum and found 2 things. 1 is drop the headliner and reconnect the 2 back drain tubes. 2 is take over the plastic cover by the wipers there might be a hole there that need to be filled with body sealer. Question, To drop the headliner to you need a special tool to take off the moldings and such? And is there a procedure to do it in?

Thanks. any info will help. You guys have been so far. :?

I bought the Monroe gas magnums for both of my Bonnies, and they are great for a stock ride, much improved, and keep the auto-leveling system. If you lower the vehicle, there will be some loss of ride quality, yet the auto-leveling system can be remounted/recalibrated to go with the new ride height.

I had a leak that filled the rear floor pan on both sides, which turned out to be the plastic seal over the passenger side front door, which in turn rusted out the lift motor. All was repaired under the warranty on my '02. It is a real pain in the ass to lift all of the carpet and dry it all out, but necessary obviously to prevent mold.
