Remove the SC/AC belt and try it again. Same vids. Post them here.

Refer to the 'Diagnosing Problems' section of www.williamwren.com/superchargers

Be prepared for a topic move if the problem (noise) disappears after a belt removal, but I can tell you that it sounds more like idler bearings than anything. Sound quality of videos can be misleading though.

Your WP runs off your OTHER belt on the S2. Your AC and SC are on one belt. Unless I'm understanding your statement wrong?

Just off the phone with the mis-reading bozo.

SC belt off, noise remains. Removing the other belt after the motor cools for a max of a 2-3 minute run without the WP. Still sounds like an idler pulley bearing to me.

He says the fuel rail is rattling. Tightening the 10mm fuel rail bolts while it cools, right Haro?

waiting for the engine to cool down, and then im gonna run it with no belts for a minute or 2 and see if the noise is there still

same noise with NO belts..

http://media.putfile.com/MOV09868

am i looking at an internal problem here?

i retorqed all the bolts holding the fuel rail down, which i had just swaped... and one of them sheared right off.. very brittle...

noise WAS there BEFORE this happened though..

now i have to worry about tapping that old bolt out of there

The supercharger has ITS OWN BELT. Everything else on a series II runs off the accessory belt. AC and all. The SC is the only thing you are disabling when you take the SC belt off.
