I have a 2001sle and i was wondering, is there anything on a current or newer supercharged bonneville that i could benefit from to put on my car?

2004-2005 Bonneville GXP rims, carbon fiber dash and door trim pieces, slotted and/or cross-drilled brake rotors, and I'm sure there'* more, but that'* what I can think of for stock parts upgrades.
What you can do to upgrade what you have is take your air box and gut it. PontiacDad did it to his 2000 SSEi and said it did wonders. others have done it as well and all seem to have benefited. Not quite as good as a CAI (Cold Air Intake), but it'* a good way to free up 2-3 hp, and better throttle response.

I would say that if you have the SLE you have everything that the SSEI does. do you have the Swoopies, Some SLE'* had that option. I agree a CAI of any type will free up some hp and give you better gas milage

If you are looking for direct swaps, maybe some suspension parts would help in the handling dept. depending on what your level you have. Otherwise as far as power performance goes it would be best to swap in a L67(supercharged engine).
