Default Bump in firewall above o2 sensor

Hey guys I was changing my o2 sensor and my ratchet hit and cracked this plastic bump in the fire wall, I think it'* the cover for the blower motor. Does anybody know what it is and is the hose on the bottom of it a vacuum hose or drainage? Again it'* about six inches above the o2 sensor

If I'm understanding you right, that is the EVAP and the hose is a drain hose.
