Probably not even pertaining to the problem, but im responding to the whole CAI thing, (different car i know, but same concept) My brother has an 88 5.0 mustang that had a CAI on it, which had the filter in the engine compartment, and it always ran like poop, would never idle, and just didnt have the ''umph'' it should have, he finally cracked and just ended up buying another CAI, one with the filter in the wheel well, and bam, it ran smoother, better, and had tons more power.

I've run my CAI versions completely exposed and never had an issue, as do many members here to this day.

I don't have a Bonneville, but I did have a Thunderbird SC, I had a problem that manifested itself as bucking when it would go into boost at around 10#'s then it started getting worse and would do it at 5#'s. It finally got to the point where it would do it at 10" of Hg. This car was easier to test since it was a 5speed manual. It turned out to be the plugs. Hope this helps, but you won't know unless you give more information about your problems and actually make some tests like fuel pressure under load as you have been asked. Guessing at a problem isn't going to help you. Autozone will rent you a fuel pressure gauge, you will have to extend it and tape it to the outside of the windsheild and have someone watch it while you concentrate on driving.

1.)Willren I've read your post of the similar problem of missing under high rpm's.... this seems to be similar to the same issue I have under loads if I put the pedal down it seems when the rpm's raise(45 - 50mph +) that the hesitaion and wobbling sc occurs. I've recently replaced the plugs the afternoon that the issue arised. NGK TR55IX gapped at .06" not sure what proper gap is.

2.)Would there be a chance that my alt(not sure if a new one is needed/ lights dim when bass hits/without a/c) is playing havoc on other components in my engine?

3.) Notice recentaly odd noises and poor quality a/c/ when braking odd rattling noise only when Climate control is on

Your plugs are gapped way too wide.

The other 2 things do not seem to be related at all.

Your headlights are going to dim with excessive current draw. The other sounds like your compressor is going out. Could also be the clutch starting to fail as well.
