Default Sqeaky Pulleys

I got a sqweaky pulley on my 94 bonnie...

I think it the tensioner pulleys but there are 2 and ive taken the belts off and spun them and both grind a lil when turning them by hand so i think they are on their way out...
Now being a parts guy like i am i can get the full tensioners at a discount price but dam it boy i dont wanna pay for them if i dont have to... theyre still expensive even at my cost...

is there any way to take the pulleys off on a 94 and regrease the bearings or replace them or just put on a new pulley??? something without having to replace the WHOLE TENSIONER?
