Default Transmission oil cooler line leaks

The metal line going to my transmission cooler is leaking. It'* a constant drip, enough so that the fluid level goes down significantly over a 20 mile drive. It looks like it'* leaking from the metal line itself, not from the clamp where the line meets the hose. Perhaps there'* a crack in the line. Here'* a picture (size=400K) and I've circled where the leak is coming from:

My question is: if I have my car serviced under recall 95-C-68 ("UPPER TRANSAXLE OIL COOLER LINE SEPARATION"), does anyone know if they will they replace the metal lines or will they just replace the clamps? I read the official Pontiac notice and it didn't seem clear.

If you still qualify for the recall (it'* old, you may not), it will fix (totally replace) both lines from the trans to the radiator.

If you don't qualify, the parts are cheap.

Thanks for the info - I checked last summer and I qualified, but like a moron I never made the appointment. You can bet I'll be calling the dealer tomorrow morning to see if I still qualify. It may be a simple repair but I'm feeling lazy.

Do it tomorrow. Mine burst (missed the recall from the previous owner), and the fluid caught fire on the front header. Nearly cost me my car. Only permanent damage was the hood insulator, which I've since 'refreshed'. 30 more seconds, and the car would have been gone.
