I'm assuming you have the floor shifter, not column. Gently pry the cover loose to the passenger side of the stereo/ECC units. Work your way all the way around and across the column. It'* all one piece, and no tools are required.

Is there any risk that something can break while prying it out ?
Also one other question . The driver information shows that some lights are not working but they are working like the break light. Is that an computer error ?
Nobody knows anything about the bonnevilleī* here

Biggest problem is the rubber strip attached to the bar over the steering column wants to break off. Nothing major and easily glued back in place.

I just pulled the control for the HUD out. The calbe behind it is hard 2 move so i just turned it into the best position and disconnected the cable so it wonīt move anymore. Now itī* perfect. The JUD is so cool. Great feature !! I also drove the Bonneville today on the highway. That car is pretty fast. I couldnīt go faster than a 100miles/h cause of the traffic on the highway but iīm amazed how great the car handles even on high speed.

Now i just have 2 figure out why the driver display still shows that some lights are not working even they work perfect. I guess it has 2 do with the conversion that where done with the car when it got 2 germany.
