Bouncy Squeaky ??
I"ve been hearing what seems to be squeaky noise everytime my car goes over any imperfection on the road. It sounds like only the front driver side. I don't think it'* the shocks ( have no idea how to test these new air ? units ) since I don't think there'* any fluid around the dampaner ( signs of broken seal ). I heard somewhere here a while back ago that it might be some bushings ( possibly tie rods ? ) thats causing this.. any suggestion ? I"m hoping its not the shocks or I"ll have to get rid of the air ride system in the front and go with normal stuff.. humm.. maybe drop the front 2".. leave the rear same.. so it looks more swooped down.. use the switch to hook up to a circuit system that will drop the rear by 2" to match the look... hummm...

Probably your front swar bar bushings. They probably need to regreased. That is usually what is first to squeak.
I"ll look into regreasing it this weekend.. hopefully that'* the ticket... it'll keep me quiet for a bit... ha ha ha..

If that doesn't work, try a little lube where the coil spring meets the top retainer. This has happened to me on a previous car. Annoying, isn't it?

Just had the same problem in my wifes car.... Try lubing the upper strut mounts with WD-40 of Silicone spray. Pull the plastic cover and spray around the inside where the nut is. That seemed to work for me....

I think over the weekend I"m going to lube the upper strut mounts.. upper spring retainer.. and front sway bar bushing just to be safe.. if that doesn't work.. then more than likely it'* going to be the dampaner or bearings..

I was wondering what kinda grease would best work for places like sway bar bushings.. but diesel fuel ?? Is that some ancient chinese secret that I didn't know about ??

I HAVE the sme problem , It goes away with WD-40 for a while and it returns . Go with universal grease ! Not sure what it is though , I sprayed EVERYTHING I could!
