We need more symptoms and description to help.

Does the exhaust seem restricted?

Well It is the original cat, not sure about the fuel filter but I do know it does need to be replaced. For the symptoms: It seems to run fine only when you come around a bend or sometimes when your cruising for awhile under 2000 rpms and then when you get into it, it will bog or it will seem like it starts to not go past 2000 rpms but this is only happens every now and then and then the car wil be back to normal again. real weird, it almost seems to be a fuel regulator problem or a boost control problem?
