Question Serpantine Belt 1997 Pontiac Bonneville SSE

How to get the bracket loose from behind the power steering pully. I'm trying to get the allen bolt out of the power steering pulley to remove the pulley , to get to that last darned bolt behind the pulley.I tried wood wedging the power steering pulley but it still turns. I don't want to bend anything. Is there a point where you can put a drift pin in so you can jamb the p/* pulley from turning? Thanks, Bruce.( also changing the tension assembly ,may as well change the waterpump too I guess .118,773 miles what the heck) THANKS GUYS!!!!!!!!

Ok..came into this once it was split off.

If you are trying to change the belt, you don't need to remove the power steering. Remove the lower right bolt on the bracket and the spacer behind it. the belts will slip into the mount and you are all set.

If you need to remove the power steering pump, position the pulley to align a hole at nearly 12 o'clock. Using a deep 13mm socket go in through that hole to the top bolt. Then turn the hole to 6 o'clock and get the other 13mm bolt. Lower the pump gently as the oil pressure sensor is under it and breaks easy.
