I'll pay $10 plus shipping, or gimme a reasonable price. .

Same goes for a junk n/a L36 throttle body.

I'm going to take it over to my buddy the machinist along with the new aluminum upper I just ordered and see what I can come up with.

I'll keep all of you posted as to any results.

I'll sell you mine. Off a 99 and has 77,000 on it. I'll even throw in all the carbon on the inside for free! :lol:

As for my upper I'll ship it on Friday. We'll square up later.

BTW, though, the upper has not failed. Actually it could be put back into service (wouldn't make me feel comfortable, but it could). The ports are 100% in tact and it looks great except for the typical carbon build-up after 77,000 miles.

Still nothing.

I can't send you an email because you removed it from that post. The PM button is just below the signature area. And, to retrieve the message that I sent you...look in the upper right corner of the screen. It should say "You have a new message" (or something like that).
