My brother'* 92 is spewing coolant
His 92 SE is spewing coolant. About two blocks from home, he noticed his voltage was low. Gets in garage, it died and a foot wide path of water was left behind. Popped hood, green stuff all over the passener side of the engine, and his belt looked extra worn. It stopped spewing when the car turned off.
My thoughts are the water pump bearings failed, allowing large amounts of cooant through, while seizing the pulley, causing belt slippage and a slow running alternator. He didn't notice what the temp gauge was doing.
Any thoughts of what else it could possibly be?

When mine started going it lost the back bearing, letting all my coolant out in about 5 hours worth of run time. It'* probable But I'd bet when it went it flexed that pump just like mine did and broke the seals loose. My seals were messed up on the front side of the pump (front of the car), you'll want to check there for sure.

As of my last posting, it was fixed. The low voltage was from coolant literally soaking the belt and alternator, so the belt slipped and the alternator was having fits.
