What TOOLS/supplies do I need for a brake job?

What TOOLS/supplies do I need for a brake job?
so I've got:
-sockets
-screwdriver
-stands
-WD-40
-a hammer
need:
-C-clamp?
-various nuts and bolts are going to be rusty and require replacing...
-probably an air wrench and/or or a massive sledgehammer to remove there rusty pieces, unless i get lucky.
-caliper pins?
-rotors machined
-to torque everything properly
just front discs. either there'* NOTHING left on these or the pads are wearing extremely unevenly. also, any particularly special wrench sizes? TIA.

Might need a breaker bar, 13mm socket I believe. A C-clamp, jack and stands. That'* what you will need.
Hammer to loosen stuck parts, penitrating oil for stuck bolts, new rotors and pads, brake part cleaner and a pack of brake caliper lube.
If calipers are bad you will need to replace those, then blead the lines. No need to blead if your not removing and brake lines.

calipers would cost dangerously close to what I paid for the car. I think I'm going to replace the pins and lube them up, if that doesn't work you can have the car. keys are above the visor.

What a great Idea, I will need to replace pads and turn rotors in a few weeks, I also need to replace drum pads and replace a wheel cylinder soon.
So a write up on Front Discs and rear Drums would be much appreciated.

UPDATE:
Jacked her up, driver'* side has a nut with a strange looking head on it, looks like this but with more grooves. wtf is it?
also, some major slackage right here. what does this tell you? (not a rhetorical question, really, what does this tell you?)

Get a pic of that bolt you are talking about. If you need anything on the fronts besides a 3/8" hex or 13mm something ain't right.
Hammer..you'd think so..but it is 3/8. Sorta like the LIM bolts..GM calls them 10mm and you'll round them with a six point 10mm. 3/8 fit perfectly.
The slack in that e-brake cable says it'* unhooked or broken somewhere.
