Where exactly is the EXT. TEMP sensor located?
 

Since I bought my car the EXT. TEMP reading has always showed up blank. I read under a few threads that said the sensor is located Under the hood, right in front of the radiator.

I found an abandoned sensor located there, along with one plugged into a little black box directly under the hood latch.

If anyone can help me out with this, or take a picture of its location, I'd greatly appreciate it! thanks in advance!

if i remember correctly, the black box under the hood latch is the air bag sensor.

It would be REALLY nice to know your year and trim level. Please edit your profile and add that to your signature.

NOT the black box up high. Don't mess with that (airbag sensor). It's clearly marked. ;)

Look lower on the center core support (secondary hood latch), way down at the bottom in front of the lower part of the radiator.
