Default 96 LSS fuel pump relay clicking AGAIN!

http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...uel+pump+relay

Well the problem returned yesterday as I was trying to leave work, 30 minuites before the daycare closed.
I had the exact same symptoms. As I sat in disbelief, an idea came to mind to cycle the ignition on and off. Sure enough, after about 10 cycles the relay chatter ceased, the fuel pump pressurized for 2 seconds (like it should), and the car started right up.
After the last episode I scanned for codes and found nothing. I have checked the connector in the left kick panel, and all connections look great.
Any other fresh ideas? Funny thing is how the environmental control flashes when this happens. ECM problem? One thing I havn't checked is the ground for the ECM, anyone know where it is located? Only other ideas are the fuel pump starting to fail (but would like to rule it out due to a flashing control), or loose wire connection somewhere between the ECU and the fuel pump relay. Wierd. Friggin electronics.......
Thanks for the input,
jj
