Default Low idle and chuging at Idle

1992 SE, Series I. when started and sitting at idle the car will idle low and revs will bounce up and down from about 800rpm'* to 1000rpms, or the car just kind of chugs a little. Besides that the car runs perfect, except for a slight jerk/play in the tranny when taking of from a dead stop (due to my girlfriend not knowing how to ease into the gas on take off)

Check for vacuum leaks. Have you done anything to her recently? Might have knocked something around.

Some do..some don't. If it'* there, it'll be attached to the front exhaust.
