Im gonna buy some plugs tomorrow. Any one have and sugestions on what brand? Also anyone ever installled a front wheel bearing hub assembally? hard/easy? How much time?

I just replaced the plugs recently on my 90 SSE and went with the CA delco Professional Platinums, I also installed MSD wires.

I would probably stick with AC Delco plugs if you can.

You really should pick up a generic service manual for that front wheel bearing. It'll help alot. Torque specs are in Techinfo, Specifications.

The manual should run you no more than $15. Chilton's is first choice (#28200) Haynes is second, Clymer third, but all three will get you through this no problem.

For the plugs I would say go with either AC Delco Platinum or NGK TR55 V-Power. Wires... Stock would be fine... As for the wheel bearing do what Will said and go buy a manual.

AC delco on the plugs and the wheel bearing will take u 45-60 minutes depending on ur reading skills and a wheel alignment later 8)

thannks alot guys. i just picked up a hub assb. at murrays. $99.99. Im heading out the the garage

well it was a good attept by me and my buddie jon. we tried for 2 hours to try to get my roter off. it is rusted on. any sugestions? i tried everything.

Do ya have the caliper off? I had two little one time slip-on washers on the lug studs, they come off with pliers. If that's not it, get some WD-40 on there, and try to lightly tap ti off with a hammer, but don't hit the actual rotor surface, use an old brake pad.

Put some liquid wrench around the bolt holes, let it sit for a few minutes, and then use a rubber mallet to hit the rotor on the back. I'm assuming you took the caliper off already.
