i got nothin after it gets hot...what is it?
ok i was drivin today and wehn my car gets to 220 degrees and then goes back down to 195 after getting on the highway...well after that if i floor it after its back down tot 195it gets all boggy and doenst want to go...what could cause this???????

I get the same thing. I thought it was knock retard killing my power or air/fuel mixture after it gets soooo hot. Maybe the aircharge from the intake is too hot?
when you say converter JR< are you talking torque converter? I hope not, mine is new. :?

where is the temp gauge actually reading from? Is it just coolant temp? or a combination of more then 1 sensor? (like IAT)

Cool, i got the tool i just need help interpreting what it all means. I am going to go out in a while and record a session when the traffic dies down a little and i can open 'er up. i was thinking my MAF sensor or IAT sensor is going bad and when the intake charge gets super hot, it is telling the PCM rich/lean/rich/lean like every second. when i first got the EASE scantool kit, (just got the laptop back FINALLY), i noticed that but really didnt know what else to look at or if that was suppsed to do that. :?
What else would be helpful to capture? :?: any help is much appreciated!
