Umm...... for a 95... since you have the series one engine and you are an SSEi meaning you are pretty heavy... probably low 16'* but to be safe aim for those mid 16'* so if you go to the track you dont feel bad.

Actually, 99BonnevilleSE, according to Consumer Buyers Guide, the '95 was the first year for the Series II. Here'* the clip:
1995: The arrival of a more powerful standard engine heads the list of changes to the '95 Bonneville. The new powerplant is a reengineered version of GM'* 3.8-liter V6, now dubbed the 3800 Series II. In this form it provides 205 horsepower and 230 pounds-feet of torque.
So, take that how you will, the site it'* from by the way is: http://auto.consumerguide.com/auto/u...fm/id/2092.htm

Ok, now we know what years the Series II started in. But I was thinking of the Grand Prix'* when it started in those. The Bonneville gets new stuff first then Grand Prix'* do. That'* why its 95 for Bonneville and like 97 for Grand Prix.

The NA version of the 3800 Series II came out in 1995. The supercharged version didn't start being used until 1996. So his engine is still the 225hp Series I.

FYI the '96 GTP still had the 3.4L DOHC in it. The motor was rated at 215hp/215ft-lbs coupled to the 4spd automatic. The motor was a revver, and with that auto didn't make a great combo. I'm sure a '95 Bonne would give one a run for the money.

I found this posting on the web. It has the time for a 95 SSEi as follows:
Make: Pontiac
Model: Bonneville
Year: 1995
Quarter Mile: 15.2 * @ 92 mph
0-60: 6.9 *
Est. Horsepower: 245
Weight: 3500
It looks like he may have had a few basic upgrades (intake, wires, etc...)
Check it out for yourself. http://camaroz28.cardomain.com/id/s1ofdss
I also have a request in to Pontiac to get some performance and model specifications for my engine. I am expecting a reply as soon as today.
