Default sigh... More rough idling

Geez I'm ticked. I (well, more Willie, haha) just replaced a whole SLEW of things, including the LIM gasket, the plenum gasket, the PCV valve, etc and it'* STILL STILL idling badly. What can cause a car to idle this badly? the cat? bad alternator (because mine'* getting there)?
