Driving along everything is good then out of no where the emergency brake light comes on.... then it starts dinging and it wont stop no matter how many times i try to push the brake release. It is starting to **** me off please tell me how i can fix this or where the speaker is that makes the "ding" noise thank you.

you might be low on brake fluid, the light will come on if the switch sees that there is low fluid in the brake resovor. look arond the MC and see if it is leaking down the booser

Don't drive the car until this is resolved. Could be a master cylinder failure. That'* the typical problem with the brake light and dinging.

My dad'* 95 had the leaking master cylinder. You may have to look very closely to see where the fluid is running down the vacuum booster. In his case, it looked more like a clean spot, than a leak. A friend'* 93 had a broken brake line in the back. If the pedal is all the way up (pull the release and lift the pedal with your foot), then low fluid is likely the cause. The 93 also had a stretch emergency brake cable that needed to be adjusted, or the pedal would drop setting off the light and the dinging.

another thing that i forgot to mention, alomg with the MC, and the brake lines going bad, these cars are KNOWN to go through rear wheel clylinders. If you dont see any traces of fluid that could be a definate possibility, that you have a rear wheel cylinder problem

but as Bill has said, dont drive the car!!

If the pedal feels good and you are low, the typical leaks are master cylinder (usually leak down the "booster"...lol Pat were you drinking?), wheel cylinders or possibly a rotted out brake line.
