Default Poor air flow from vents

My A/C works but I do not get good airflow from my vents. The passenger right side vent is the weakest. I also noticed that when the A/C is on I get a significant amount of cold air from below. I thought only heat was supposed to come from this area. I cleaned the evap core a while back but this did not seem to help. I'm assuming a door is not closing or opening when it'* supposed to. What and where can I check? I know there is a tsb for a similar problem that says you should replace the vent gaskets but this requires 7.5 hours of labor and basically dismantling the entire dash. I would like to check the simple things first I just don't know where to start. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you have already cleaned the evaporator and have good flow coming out of the heater ducts, maybe you have a duct flap that isn't working properly. You may get some help from this thread:

Good luck!
