Default CV Joint

Anyone know where I can pick up a new or reman cv joint for a '93 SSEI? I've looked around but only found one place that has good prices but they'll tell me tomorrow if they carry my model.

It'* probably cheaper in the long run to replace the whole axle shaft with two reman/rebuilt CV joints. I just put a new axle shaft in my '95, paid $70 at autozone.

Ya....replace the whole axle shaft. Its probably cheaper then just changing the CV boot. And besides a torn CV boot may have allowed other objects and dirty into the wheel causing more damage. You may have a new CV joint, but other damage may have been done.

Better to change the axle shaft!!

I must agree also..replace entire half shaft...not only is it easier to replace...but also makes more sense...remember though...you might have to have a re-alignment afterwards...
