Default Exhaust manifold swap needs

What do I need to do an exhaust mani swap?

I've got:
PEMs
manifold to head gaskets
proper EGR pedastel
WD-40 to spray bolts with

Is there a lead donut to worry about?
Do any of the EM bolts go into the water jacket?
Will they need any thread locker or sealant?
Is the flex-head torque wrench really necessary?

Two donuts. Crossover (depending on your year of PEM'*) and downpipe.
None penetrate the water jacket.
Follow the FSM on threadlocker/antisieze for the EM studs. They're 14mm, btw, after you get the hoist brackets off.

Flex-head torque wrench is required. No standard torque wrench will clear the firewall or radiator support when working 90 degrees negative opposed.

Quoting the only other post in this thread for fun, are we?

A normal wrench won't work of you're holding the handle close to horizontal or from underneath?

Who will have the donuts? Dealer only?

Sorry, quoted for replying, forgot to cut it before posting.

I get my donuts from the dealer, but NAPA, Advance, AZ, etc should have them.

I don't think you'll have room to get a normal wrench in there like that. Most torque wrenches have pretty long handles.
