Question Trunk lid problem

I have a 1994 bonnevelle and the torsion left bar has broken and I can not locate one anywhere. Can anybody help me out.sgray@omnicityusa.com

Have you looked at your local salvage yard?

try a junkyard or morad parts company it a ebay store online

Yes, I have tried, I even have a friend that has a body shop and he has connection all over to find parts and has help me on many occations but with this item is no where to be found. I thought about trying to put gas charged lift arms on. Has anybody tried to do it.

None to be found? Yikes.

These were used on all H bodies (Bonneville, LeSabre) from 92-99 w/o change to the design.

Give Ed Morad a call. I'm pretty sure he'* got a carcass laying around he'd pull it off.
