Trunk leaking! O no
I had noticed that after a rain that the bottom of my trunk was damp. I looked a few times but couldnt find the problem. Then it happened again last week. so i looked a little more in depth and sure enough....... there is a rust whole (good sized one at that, a bit smaller than a baseball) at the top of my right rear wheelwell. So when the car is driven in the rain the tire throws water up threw the whole which then runs down the wheelwell into the bottom of the trunk. I gotta fix this before my carpet rots, stereo equipment is ruined and my trunk floor rots out.
What would be an effective, cheap and easy fix? Expansion foam?

I used some nice tin tape before I get a permanent plate. Check the seams where the bottom corners of your rear window meet your trunk. That'* where mine was leaking as well as my huge fender well hole.

Glad to know there are others who are annoyed by the same problem. I thhought it was caused by the spoiler. Could it be caused by the continuous tail light? Has anyone come up with a fix for this annoying problem.
