Default Creaking sounds when turning HELP

Hello good people of Bonneville . My '95 bonny creaks and make sqeaking sounds when I make turns (low speed) and when I drive up on my driveway. I check the "usual suspects" to no avail. I've search everywhere for where It could be coming from. Then I noticed that I didn't have those rubber things underneath the car. I don't know what they are called so I attempt to describe. Under the front of the car there are two horizontal "brackets" which have two bolt holes each (one on one end and one on the other) Well, the bolt holes toward the rear of the car has rubber things in them and the ones in front don't. I'm suspecting that THIS is my problem. If anyone knows the name of these "holes or brackets" it'll be greatly appreciated. I want to install but that not-knowing-what-the-blank-they-are, is stifling my creativity.

I'm not sure what you may be describing. This is a diagram of a typical front suspension. Anything look familiar as to where your problem may be?

possibly the control arm, and the rubber things could be the rubber bushings that go on the bar from the stabilizer?
