Does anybody have a picture of the drilled thermostat flange from the tech article? Im still a little confused as to how to get all of the air out when i refill mysystem.Thanks

I would make the holes a little smaller than I have pictured. Those are 1/8", I would do 1/16"

Here'* a picture of one of mine. You are looking at a 1/16" hole. When you install the thermostat, you want to set the hole at the high point in the thermostat housing. Looking at the housing from the front of the car, that would be the 12:00 O'Clock position. That will allow that last little bit of air to find its way out of the LIM.
